Fifteen years ago, I picked up a camera and unknowingly set out on a journey that would shape my life in ways I could never have anticipated. What began as a simple curiosity quickly evolved into a deep passion, a way of seeing and experiencing the world that continues to inspire me every day. Photography has been more than just capturing light through a lens; it has been about capturing moments, emotions, and stories—both in others and within myself.
Over the years, this journey has taught me far more than just the technical skills of photography. It has been a path of self-discovery, resilience, and growth. I have learned to face obstacles with determination and to embrace challenges as opportunities for creativity. Through the lens, I have discovered courage—the courage to step out of my comfort zone, to venture into unfamiliar places, and to trust my vision even when the path ahead seemed unclear. Photography has taught me to listen—to the subtle whispers of nature, the fleeting expressions of strangers, and the unspoken stories that every frame holds.
As I reflect on this milestone, I am reminded of the countless images I have captured over the years—each one a fragment of time frozen, a memory preserved. In the coming months, I plan to revisit these moments, to walk those roads again through the archives of my work, and to relive some of the most incredible experiences this journey has offered me. There are thousands of stories waiting to be retold, and I am excited to share them with you.
Thank you for being part of this journey, for your support, and for allowing me to share my perspective with you. Here's to the next chapter, filled with light, shadows, and endless possibilities. Stick with me as I continue to explore, create, and celebrate the beauty of this world through my lens.

A magically cold morning in Central Minnesota January 2016.
